Introducing Our 2025/26 Student Leadership Team

At Lecale Trinity Grammar School, we are proud to unveil our Student Leadership Team, a dynamic group of young leaders whose structure mirrors our Staff Senior Leadership Team and aligns with the ETI Empowering Improvement Strategy.

This team was designed by students, for students through a rigorous interview process, reflecting our commitment to empowering pupil voice and leadership. Led by our Head Boy and Head Girl, and supported by Deputy Heads, Heads of Year, and Senior Prefects, the team embodies our school’s core values: Be Ready, Be Respectful, Be Responsible.

Their first mission? To appoint Student Leadership Ambassadors from across the wider school community. These ambassadors will lead in eight strategic areas—from Curriculum for All to Digital Skills and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion—ensuring every student has a voice in shaping our school’s future.
